Billing Policy
CO2 Monitoring, LLC (hereafter referred to as "company") bills you through an online billing account for purchases of products and/or services. You agree to pay Company all charges at the prices then in effect for the products you or other persons using your billing account may purchase, and you authorize Company to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. You agree to make payment using that selected payment method.
If you have ordered a product or service that is subject to recurring charges then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis, without requiring your prior approval from you for each recurring charge until such time as you cancel the applicable product or service.
Company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. Sales tax will be added to the sales price of purchases as deemed required by Company. Company may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our website www.aerospheremonitoring.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES

The foregoing information complies with the laws of the state of Nevada, NRS 603A.340, that require us to identify the categories of information collected through the Site about consumers who use or visit the Site and the categories of third parties with whom we may share such information. Refund and Return Policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we can help you. We require a 33% restocking fee on returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange. If you could please provide us your order ID number in the case of a product return or exchange.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Print your prepaid shipping that you will receive by email

Warranty
All Aerosphere® carbon dioxide monitors and other products come with a one year limited manufacturer's warranty, starting from the date of shipping. The product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed as specified and used for their intended purpose.
CO2 Monitoring, LLC will repair or replace at their discretion any unit failing within the warranty period due to defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover failure due to misuse, accidental damage, water damage, neglect, modification or repair by you or a third party.
All liabilities of CO2 Monitoring, LLC shall be limited to the actual cost of the product. In no event shall CO2 Monitoring, LLC, its officers, agents or employees be liable for incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of time, lost sales, injury to person or personal property or any other direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our product.
