Ronald Longley | President
Ronald Longley is the Founder and President of CO2 Monitoring. He started the company in 2016 using his knowledge and background in the construction industry and a vision to create the best carbon dioxide detection system on the market.
He has received approval of licensing and qualifications for bulk carbon dioxide compliance. Certified by Chart Industries to install bulk carbon dioxide tanks, Ronald's experience installing and permitting bulk carbon dioxide tanks to lead him to file a U.S. Provisional Patent for his own monitoring system, the Aerosphere.
Prior to starting CO2 Monitoring, Ronald ran a successful contracting business, Little Mountain Development. The company focused on high-end residential and commercial projects. He has held a contractor's license since 2004.
Before he began his construction career, Ronald was a knight in King Arthur's Knights of the Roundtable at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino for eight years and studied Kinesiology at the University of Nevada. Las Vegas. He is married and has three children.
Luke Longley | Executive Vice President
Luke Longley serves as the Executive Vice President at CO2 Monitoring, where he fulfills a vital role in managing the company's overall health and growth. With a strong background in drafting, Luke began his journey at CO2 Monitoring as a drafter and steadily climbed the ranks to become Vice President. In 2025, he transitioned to his current role as Executive VP, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the company's vision and operations.
Since joining CO2 Monitoring at its inception in 2016, Luke has been instrumental in the development and execution of numerous large-scale projects for prestigious clients, including casinos and resorts. His attention to detail, creativity, and exceptional problem-solving skills have earned him a reputation as a go-to person for complex assignments.
Throughout his tenure at CO2 Monitoring, Luke has gained immense experience in various aspects of the business, including code requirements, manufacturing, CO2 monitor installations, and tank installs. His comprehensive understanding of the company's processes and his commitment to excellence have made him an invaluable asset to the team.
In addition to his management responsibilities, Luke continues to lead special projects as a seasoned design expert. He is passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions that improve the lives of CO2 Monitoring's clients and their patrons
Tori Danielson | Vice President of Operations
Tori Danielson serves as the Vice President of Operations at CO2 Monitoring, where she skillfully oversees the day-to-day operations and ensures seamless project execution. A highly driven and resourceful professional, Tori has an innate ability to find solutions and deliver results, making her an indispensable leader within the organization.
Beginning her career at CO2 Monitoring as an Inventory Control Manager, Tori quickly demonstrated her strong work ethic and dedication to excellence. Her impressive performance in various roles, including project management, led to her promotion to VP of Operations. In her current role, she is responsible for optimizing company processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Tori's exceptional problem-solving skills and determination to find the answers she needs have made her an invaluable asset to the CO2 Monitoring team. Her unwavering commitment to the company's success and her ability to lead and inspire those around her have been instrumental in driving the organization forward.

Scott Nielson | Chairman of Board
Scott Nielson was an executive officer of Red Rock Resort, Inc. (RRR) and its predecessors (including Station Casinos, Inc.) for nearly 27 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer.
His duties included overseeing the company’s development activities, government affairs, regulatory compliance, and public relations. Mr. Nielson brings the experience from working at RRR and applies it to the guidance of the company as relates to regulatory compliance.
