Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and are handled in the order they are received. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer multiple shipping options for U.S. orders. Available methods and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

International Shipping (Canada)

Shipping Availability
We currently ship to Canada. All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping costs unless explicitly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any applicable fees upon delivery.
Customs Clearance
Customs processing times may vary and can cause delays beyond our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery timelines once a shipment enters customs.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional return fees may apply.
Tracking
 All Canadian shipments include tracking. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may be limited during customs processing or when being transferred to a Canadian carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at marketing@aerospheremonitoring.com. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
Hazardous Materials
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions. We comply with all applicable carrier and regulatory requirements for shipping electronic and sensor-based equipment.
